The Wheel Encoded Bolt Scanner (WEBSCAN) allows you to determine the extent of corrosion and to identify cracking without removing the bolt. The WEBSCAN inspection system has an upper probe housing which clamps the probe into place and allows it to be adjusted up and down to reach studs above or below the nut surface. It can also be Special order housings can be made to accommodate any bolt or probe. A complete solution, including procedure, technique and step-by-step instructions, is also available to ensure that the job is completed in the shortest possible time and with the greatest amount of accuracy and repeatability.
